Cancellation Policy
Please be advised we charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and 100% will be charged for a no call/no show. This is to protect our stylists who may not be able to fill the slot you chose if you are to cancel with in 24 hours time.
